basicPortal CMS (TM)

basicPortal CMS is an open-source enterprise information portal built on Struts, Tomcat, and SQL with a DAO layer (e.g. iBatis). It provides authentication, JSP/JSTL views, Jasper Reports, and common portal features (news, forums, blogs, wikis) with support for multiple app servers and databases.
