pack:tag

JSP tag library that compresses static resources (JavaScript, CSS). Caches compressed output in memory or to file; in-memory output can be gzipped. Compression algorithms are pluggable per resource type via strategy pattern. Supports bundling resources to reduce HTTP requests.
