JSP tag library for tabbed UIs using pure CSS (li/ul). Features customizable tabs via CSS, localized titles (Struts ApplicationResources or resource bundle), programmatic tab selection, state per tab (INVISIBLE, READ-ONLY, FORBIDDEN, ERROR) with CSS and JavaScript hooks, and EL in tag attributes.
